My name is Orly Leiva, MD and I am an Advanced Heart Failure and Transplantation Fellow a the University of Chicago. I graudated from Boston University School of Medicine, completed internal medicine residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital, general cardiology fellowship at New York University. After AHFT fellowship I will be an interventional cardiology fellow at University of Kentucky. I am interested in interventional heart failure, invasive hemodynamics, and cardio-oncology, particularly the interplay between cancer physiology and treatment on shock and acute cardiovascular emergencies.
