My name is Jerica Zaloznik Djordjevic, MD, and I work as an emergency medicine resident at the University Medical Center Maribor in Slovenia. I chose this specialty due to my profound interest in various critical illnesses as well as the need to reach correct decisions on time. My interest is vast, i.e. I reviewed and published some interesting data on CPR in patients on continuous flow assist devices. Currently, I am working on improving the triage system used in our health system. In addition, I like to travel and discuss hot EM topics with colleagues both home and abroad. I already held lectures in Slovenia as well as on international conferences in Salzburg, Berlin ... I would be honored to participate in such prestigious symposium.
