Esther Vorovich MD MSCE is currently an Associate Professor in the Advanced Heart Failure section in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at Northwestern Medicine. She completed her undergraduate training at Johns Hopkins University and then went on to complete her medical training at the University of Pennsylvania. She continued on at the University of Pennsylvania where she completed her residency training as well as her fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine and finally her fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology. Her particular focus of interest includes cardiogenic shock, temporary and durable mechanical circulatory support devices and medical education. She currently serves as the Medical Director of the Mechanical Circulatory Support Program and the Associate Program Director of the Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship.
