Background: This case involved a complex interplay of mitral stenosis, atrial fibrillation, ischemia, and HFpEF, presenting a significant diagnostic and management challenge. Through a multidisciplinary and critical care approach, we successfully guided the patient out of cardiogenic shock, and she was ultimately discharged home in stable condition.
